On Friday, 18 September, the Austrian ice hockey league starts its new season. While the pros battle for points again, preparations for Pond Hockey Weissensee from 14 to 17 January 2027 are also in full swing here.
The sporting highlight of the weekend is the main tournament on Friday and Saturday. After two intense tournament days, the decision is made on Saturday evening in the big final on Lake Weissensee.
On Sunday, too, the ice does not stay empty: kids' and youth tournaments as well as an extensive programme for the whole family are planned. Further details on the schedule and the individual programme items will follow in the coming weeks.
