02Registration form:
The form has been sent successfully if, a few seconds after submitting, you see a thank-you message on your screen and receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided.
If you are registering for the WAITING LIST - please do NOT transfer any payment for the time being!
For a binding registration, a participation fee of € 400,- per team applies.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration in favour of another team if the participation fee is not transferred by the due date.
03Legal notices:
- By signing, the participants accept the tournament announcement as well as the conditions of participation and the Terms and Conditions of the Pond Hockey tournament at Lake Weissensee. All players who have reached the age of 18 on the first day of the tournament and are not registered in the top three leagues of their country are eligible to participate.
In accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the organiser assumes no liability for health risks of the participant in connection with participation in the PondHockey Weissensee tournament.
It is the participant's responsibility to check their state of health. To take part in the tournament, it is necessary to be in possession of a medical certificate.
This certificate must not be older than one year at the time of the event.
Anyone unable to present a medical certificate must sign a self-declaration confirming their state of health for participation in a sporting event such as the Pond Hockey tournament.
Participants are themselves responsible for proper equipment and must wear a helmet as well as elbow pads, shin guards and ice hockey gloves throughout the entire playing time, all of which must comply with the currently valid and applicable TÜV/GS standards.
- Registration only becomes binding once the participation fee has been transferred.
- The number of participant places is limited.
- The personal data provided by the participant upon registration will be stored and processed solely for the purposes of organising and running the event. This applies in particular to the data processing necessary for payment handling. By registering, the participant consents to the storage of the data for this purpose.
- By registering, the participant declares their consent to the data provided in the registration being recorded and passed on for the publication of placings and results.
