Zutritt & Akkreditierung – Wie komme ich aufs Eis?
The accreditation of the teams takes place in the registration tent right next to the event tent:
Thursday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Please note that all teams MUST be accredited by Friday, 11:00 a.m.
All teams receive them there Player ribbonswho the Allow access to all areas. (Ice, tent and play areas).
For spectators without Ice skates access is free.
Playing fields – How many ice surfaces are there?
16 playing fields + 1 center court
Of these, 8 playing fields are illuminated.
Spielfeld & Tore – Wie wird gespielt?
The playing field is 28 m long and 16 m wide.
The goals are 140 cm wide and 12 cm high.
The gate is closed to 80 cm in the middle, 30 cm each remains open on the left and right.
Equipment – What is mandatory?
Ice hockey helmet (whether visor or grille)
Ice hockey gloves
Elbow and shin guards
Ice hockey shoes
Captains meeting – mandatory event
Friday, January 15, 2027 at 11:30 a.m. in the event tent
Participation is mandatory for all captains.
Player nomination – By when and how?
Per team: 4 to a maximum of 9 players.
The player list MUST must be received by the tournament management by Friday 11:00 a.m.
The same 9 nominated players must play for all days.
Subsequent nominations only after consultation with the tournament management.
Performance groups – How is the division done?
After the group phase, the division into 3 groups takes place:
- Champions Group
- Buddy Group
- Chill out group
After the group games, the groups are composed as follows:
- the first and second in the basic round play in the playoffs of the Champions Group
- the third and fourth teams in all groups continue to play in the Buddy Group playoff.
- The fifth and sixth place finishers from all 16 groups continue to play in the Chillout Group.
Game Mode – How does the tournament work?
Freitag Nachmittag & Samstag Vormittag:
Each team is assigned to one of 16 groups in a draw.
The group allocation is random.
In der Grund- & Pre-Playoff-Phase bestreitet jedes Team sechs Spiele. Diese finden am Freitag ab 13:00 Uhr sowie am Samstagvormittag statt.
The gross playing time is a maximum of 14 minutes.
Saturday afternoon:
Playoff groups: All first and second placed teams in the basic round qualify for the Champions Group and play the playoff games there.
Out of a total of 32 teams, 16 teams reach the finals.
The third and fourth placed teams in all groups also play three playoff games in the Buddy Group.
Here too, a total of 16 teams out of 32 qualify for the finals.
The fifth and sixth placed teams in all 16 groups compete in the Chillout Group and also play three playoff games.
Of the 32 teams in this group, 16 teams also reach the finals.
The playing time in all playoff games is 12 minutes gross playing time.
Samstagnachmittag & - abend:
In the Champions Group, the Buddy Group and the Chillout Group, the 16 qualified teams play the respective group winners in knockout games (round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final).
The finals will take place on Saturday between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The playing time is 12 minutes gross playing time. In the event of a tie, a shootout will decide.
Game plan & Infos – Wo finde ich alles?
Via the Tournify app
The QR code is sent in advance and contains the detailed game schedules, times, etc.
Site cleaning – who is responsible?
The loser of the game cleans the court at the end of the game.
Declaration of participation – what is mandatory?
The declaration of participation will be sent by email in January.
It must be confirmed by all players and the captain.
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 9 players per team must be nominated for all three days.
Players may only be replaced in the event of an injury and after confirmation by the OK.
Too few players – what to do?
Teams with too few players can contact the organizer.
The organizer provides replacement players who are happy to step in for other teams.
Anreise & Parken – Was ist zu beachten?
Access to the tent by car is only temporary (max. 10 minutes).
Parking spaces must be reserved in advance.
Important: arrive on time.
Alternatives:
Nature park bus for Weißensee guests. The nature park bus also drives through the parking spaces, boarding is possible.
Access on foot over the ice.

Zutritt & Regeln Event area
Everyone is welcome in the heated event tent, and food and drinks are provided.
Attention - hockey players:
Access to the tent with ice hockey shoes only with Skid protector -Duty! or with shoes.
The heated event tent is open 1 hour before the start of the game.
The tent must be vacated after the last game at the latest (start of the party).

Friendly Games – Are there games for eliminated teams?
Yes. For eliminated teams, playing areas are available for friendly games on Sunday - parallel to the playoffs and finals.
Side Events – Are there competitions?
Skill Competition & härtester Schuss
Dedicated area for testing technique and shooting power.
Wetter & Eissicherheit – Was passiert bei schlechten Bedingungen?
In the last 40 years, ice hockey has always been possible at Weißensee in January.
If only limited play is possible due to force majeure (snowfall, rain, etc.), the tournament management will adjust the schedule and the scope of play to the conditions.
Cancellation – What happens in exceptional cases?
If the tournament is canceled completely unexpectedly, the participation fee will be fully refunded.
Garderobe & Haftung
A marked area (in front of or behind the stage) is reserved for each team for a maximum of 10 people.
No liability for theft or loss by the organizer or tent operator.
Accommodations – What should you consider?
Accommodations must be booked individually and in good time.
