The organizers reserve the right to cancel the registration in favor of another team if the participation fee is not paid by the due date.

With their signature, participants acknowledge the announcement as well as the conditions of participation and general terms and conditions of the pond hockey tournament at Weissensee. All players who have reached the age of 18 on the first day of the tournament and are not registered in the top three leagues of their country are eligible to take part.

According to the regulations of Terms and Conditions The organizer assumes no liability for health risks of the participant in connection with participation in the PondHockey Weissensee tournament.
It is the participant's responsibility to check their health status. To take part in the tournament it is necessary to have a medical certificate.
This certificate must not be older than one year at the time of the event.
Anyone who cannot provide a medical certificate must sign a self-declaration confirming their health status for participation in a sporting event such as the pond hockey tournament.
The participants must ensure that they have perfect equipment themselves and must wear a helmet as well as elbow pads, shin pads and ice hockey gloves that comply with the valid and current TÜV/GS standards throughout the entire game.

Registration is only binding once the participation fee has been paid.

The number of participant places is limited.

The personal data provided by the participant when registering will be stored and only processed for the purposes of conducting and managing the event. This applies in particular to the processing of data necessary for payment processing. By registering, the participant agrees to the storage of data for this purpose.
